Job Description

Role OverviewWe’re hiring an Influencer Marketing Lead to own influencer strategy end-to-end. This role focuses on planning and executing creator-led campaigns, building strong creator partnerships, managing budgets, and driving measurable ROI. You’ll work closely with internal teams and lead/mentor junior team members.Key Responsibilities

Own influencer strategy aligned with brand goals, launches, and growth targets
Plan and execute campaigns end-to-end: creator sourcing, outreach, negotiations, briefs, execution, and reporting
Build and manage long-term relationships with creators, agencies, and talent managers
Ensure content quality, brand alignment, approvals, and on-time delivery
Handle budgets, rate negotiations, and cost-performance optimization
Track performance (reach, engagement, CTR, CAC, ROAS, conversions) and share clear learnings
Collaborate with creative, performance, product, and social teams
Lead and guide junior team members; build SOPs, databases, and playbooks
Track trends, platforms, formats, and competitor influencer activity

Requirements

4–6 years of experience in influencer or brand marketing (agency or brand side)
Strong creator network across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
Proven ability to build strategy and execute campaigns at scale
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable with tracking, reporting, and performance analysis
