About the Role:

We are seeking a results-oriented Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in paid media strategy, execution, and optimization across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Snapchat, and more. You’ll not only drive performance but also lead a small team of marketers, own end-to-end campaign success, and contribute to shaping our overall growth strategy.

This is a high-impact role with ownership over multi-channel performance, team leadership, and business-critical KPIs like ROAS and revenue.


Key Responsibilities:

● Full-Funnel Campaign Management: Strategize, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Snapchat, and emerging platforms — from awareness to conversion.

● Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and manage a team ensure clarity on KPIs, delivery quality, and continuous learning.

● Platform Ownership: Take complete ownership of one or more ad platforms — including strategy, execution, performance, and stakeholder reporting.

● Performance Accountability: Deliver on platform-wise ROAS and revenue goals, including budget allocation, pacing, and outcome optimization.

● Advanced Optimization Techniques: Leverage A/B testing, custom bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and funnel analysis to maximize performance.

● Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, and Excel/Sheets, drawing actionable insights to scale campaigns.

● Integrated Growth Planning: Work closely with CRM, product, creative, and analytics teams to ensure aligned and cohesive growth strategies across all marketing channels.

● Creative Collaboration: Brief and collaborate with design teams to create compelling ad creatives, copy, and video assets that convert.

● Market Research & Innovation: Keep up with industry trends, competitor campaigns, and new tools or platforms; proactively suggest tests or pilots.

● Automation & Efficiency: Use scripts, bulk tools, and automation strategies to improve efficiency in campaign management and reporting.


Requirement :

● A performance marketer with 4–6 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns.

● Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Snapchat, and preferably TikTok or programmatic platforms.

● Strong analytical skills with deep knowledge of metrics like CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CVR, and funnel behaviour.

● Proficient in using tools like GA4, GTM, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Editor, etc.

● Experience managing monthly budgets of ₹50L+ (or equivalent) and working in revenue-focused environments.

● Proven ability to lead small teams, set goals, and conduct performance reviews.

● Strong verbal and written communication skills.

● Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments.


Nice to Have:

● Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar.

● Experience with eCommerce, shopify , beauty & cosmetic products marketing.

● Familiarity with creative testing frameworks or brand lift studies.
