As a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in SEO and SEM, your main responsibility is to develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and acquire leads/customers for our company and its products/services. Key Responsibilities: - Manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings - Conduct keyword research and optimize website content - Monitor SEM performance metrics and analyze data for optimization - Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, SEO-aligned content - Use tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to monitor site performance - Prepare reports on campaign performance and provide insights for overall strategy improvement - Perform competitor analysis to identify market gaps and opportunities - Stay updated on industry trends and collaborate with internal and external teams for cohesive digital strategy - Continuously test and refine SEO and SEM strategies for maximum ROI Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience focusing on SEO and SEM - Proven track record in managing successful campaigns - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in PPC management - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Google Ads and Analytics certifications are a plus This full-time, permanent position is based in Sector 37-C Chandigarh with a day shift schedule.
