Video Content Strategist

• Own the content strategy for emotional and viral short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style content)
• Lead ideation and development of campaign ideas rooted in deep emotional drivers (belonging, pride, humor, rebellion, etc.)
• Collaborate with editors, cinematographers, and creators to bring your ideas to life
• Turn brand goals into emotional content that resonates and spreads fast
• Analyze performance data and optimize content strategy continuously
• Stay ahead of platform trends, cultural moments, and content formats
