As the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at an Agri tech company based in Pune, you will play a crucial role in driving the people strategy to support the company's aggressive expansion plans across Maharashtra and nationally. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and leading a scalable people strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives. - Driving employee engagement initiatives and fostering an inclusive and healthy workplace with a focus on gender diversity and leadership development. - Overseeing compliance, safety, and welfare programs tailored to advanced agriculture and manufacturing settings. - Championing talent acquisition, learning, and capability-building for high-growth teams in various functions. - Designing performance management and rewards processes to attract, retain, and incentivize top talent. - Leading automation and digital HR systems implementation, including workforce analytics and process improvement projects. - Implementing welfare policies, health programs, and upskilling initiatives for operational and farm employees, with a focus on women and under-represented communities. - Advising founders and the board on leadership development, culture stewardship, and succession planning. - Managing engagement, grievance redressal, statutory compliance, and policy frameworks for multi-site operations. Qualifications required for this role include: - Masters in HR/Business - 12-20 years of HR leadership experience in agritech, food, FMCG, manufacturing, or rapidly scaling ventures. - Demonstrated success in building gender-diverse and inclusive workplaces. - Experience in leading HR functions in multi-location/agriculture/manufacturing setups. - Expertise in innovating and automating HR processes in expanding organizations.,
