Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

As a Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) at DHC | Desai Haribhakti, you will be leading the HR strategy and driving organizational transformation. Your role will involve overseeing various HR operations such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, training & development, and HR technology. You will utilize HR analytics to facilitate data-backed decision-making and optimize processes, while also developing succession planning and leadership development initiatives to support business growth. Your responsibilities will extend to driving change management, organizational development strategies, overseeing HR policies, cultural integration, and digital transformation. Additionally, you will be implementing HR tech solutions (SAP, Darwinbox, etc.) for streamlined HR operations, building and mentoring a high-performing HR team, and managing HR budgets while spearheading strategic HR projects. To qualify for this role, you should hold an MBA in HR from XLRI, IIMs, NMIMS, with a Commerce background and have 8-9 years of proven HR leadership experience in a consulting firm. Your expertise should encompass HR Operations, Talent Strategy, Cultural Integration, and Digital HR Transformation. Proficiency in HRMS (SAP, Darwinbox), HR analytics, and social media for HR engagement is essential, along with exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
