Role Description : As an Associate Director in our Finance & Accounts team, you'll spearhead end-to-end finance & accounts functions across Companies, LLPs, and Partnership Firms. Expertise includes efficient cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting, statutory compliance (Income Tax, GST, PF, etc.), audit coordination, financial reporting (IGAAP), and MIS delivery, AP/AR, payroll compliance, and team leadership, with a focus on process improvement and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities : Efficient Cash Flow Management entailing cash flow forecast and tracking of actual vis-à-vis forecast. Monitoring of Accounts Payable function, ensure accuracy of maintaining Creditors ledger and review of aging reports. Revenue assurance and close monitoring of Accounts Receivable function, including periodic review of aging report and to follow-up with the Sales team for overdue debtors. Budgeting and forecasting: preparation of annual budget in coordination with the department heads and senior management; to produce financial forecast (monthly, quarterly, annual) based on historical data, business trends, and strategic goals. Responsible for all statutory compliances, viz., Income Tax, GST, P.F., P.Tax, Audit & Internal Controls. Review accounting records and financial reports to ensure compliance with the company policies and IGAAP on monthly, quarterly & annual basis. Prepare audit schedules and ensure timely closure of audit queries and observations. Responsible timely completion of internal audit and statutory audit and ensure adherence to the financial controls. Conversant with Companies Act requirement, MCA Filing and ICAI compliance with regard to a Partnership Firm, LLP and Company. Deliver MIS reports to senior management, covering key business parameters and financial metrics with variance analysis actual vis-à-vis budget and areas of improvement thereon. Continuously improve reporting processes and tools for greater efficiency and effectiveness. Responsible for Payroll verification and ensure related statutory compliances. Team Management - Lead, supervise, and motivate the accounts/ finance team to achieve departmental goals and deadlines. Allocate responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of tasks. Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows. Qualifications & Skills : 🎓 Inter CA. 🏢 At least 20-22 years of experience in similar role handling multiple entities, Partnership Firm, LLP and Company. 🧑‍💼 Confident in presenting financial data and insights to senior management. 🤝 Adept at managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration. 💬 Strong written and verbal communication across all business levels. 🌱 Eager to embrace new challenges, tools, and industry trends. 💡 Takes initiative, drives results, and thrives in fast-paced environments. 🔍 Skilled in interpreting complex data to support decision-making. 🖥️ Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools. 📉 Hands-on with ERP platforms and recognized accounting software.
