Role Description : As a Manager in our Finance & Accounts team, you'll lead ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial accounting, compliance with statutory requirements, and timely reporting across multiple entities. The ideal candidate should possess a sound understanding of Indian GAAP/IND AS, Companies Act provisions, and various tax laws, along with hands-on experience in managing audits and financial compliance. Responsibilities : Responsible for Financial accounting and to ensure Trail Balance accuracy of the entities including monthly provisions. Preparation of Financial Statements as per IGAAP/IND AS and have decent experience in Companies Act. Dealing with the Statutory Auditors and supporting them with the required information, data and documents thereon. Ensure timely completion of Statutory Audit and Tax Audit. Responsible for statutory compliances in relation to Income Tax Act including TDS, GST Act, P. Tax and P.F. (as applicable) including filling of requisite returns, support assessments and replying to the queries of the Department. On day to day basis review and verify all types of vouchers, viz., payment, receipt, journal voucher and to ensure its accuracy, authorization, and supporting documents. General Ledger scrutiny and to ensure correctness of the entries with appropriate narrations. Engage towards continuous knowledge development regarding pertinent rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and make endeavor to set performance standards. Qualifications & Skills : 🎓 Inter CA / M.Com. 🗣️ Effective verbal and written communication skills. 🏢 Minimum 10 years in a similar role, preferably in a Partnership Firm or LLP. 📘 Eagerness to learn and adapt. 🚀 Self-starter with a go-getter attitude. 📊 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 🖥️ Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 🧾 Hands-on experience with ERP or renowned accounting systems.
