Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

As an experienced professional in international HR, you will have a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing StudyMEDIC's global expansion efforts. Your understanding of international HR practices, cross-cultural management, and global talent strategies will be crucial in aligning our people practices with our international growth goals. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your expertise in international HR to support StudyMEDIC's global expansion initiatives. - Implement HR strategies that drive business results and contribute to the company's growth. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of people practices with international objectives. Qualifications Required: - Masters degree in HR, MSW, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology is preferred. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally as a CHRO or equivalent. - Possession of SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent senior-level professional qualification. - Demonstrated track record of successfully developing and implementing HR strategies that deliver tangible business outcomes.
