As a Human Resources Manager at Shreeji SoftInfo Consultancy LLP, your role will involve managing and overseeing all core HR processes. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures. Your key responsibilities will include leading end-to-end recruitment efforts, enhancing the employee onboarding experience, conducting performance reviews, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. Additionally, you will partner with leadership to support organizational development and workforce planning. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all core HR processes. - Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures. - Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and managing selection processes, as well as driving campus hiring and external recruitment partnerships. - Enhance the employee onboarding experience for smooth integration of new hires. - Conduct and support performance reviews, appraisals, and career development plans. - Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives. - Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements. - Partner with leadership to support organizational development and workforce planning. Qualifications: - 3+ years of HR experience, with proven expertise in recruitment and employee lifecycle management. - Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management. - Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies. - Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration. - Skilled in Personnel Management. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work on-site in Vadodara. - Experience in the technology or consulting industry is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Note: - Work from Office: Ability to work on-site in Vadodara. - Only candidates with experience in Software/IT companies will be considered.
