We're looking for a hands-on JavaScript Developer who’s passionate about writing clean, scalable code and solving real-world problems with technology. You'll play a key role in building intuitive user interfaces or scalable backend services, depending on your core expertise. Key Responsibilities Application Development Build responsive, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and tools. Code Quality & Best Practices Write clean, modular, well-documented code. Participate in peer code reviews and follow development best practices. Feature Implementation Translate UI/UX wireframes or API specs into functional, maintainable components or services. Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps to deliver seamless, user-friendly features. Debugging & Optimization Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to maintain code quality and performance standards. Continuous Learning Stay up-to-date with evolving JavaScript trends, tools, and technologies. Bring new ideas to improve our tech stack and development process. What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of experience in JavaScript development Strong grasp of core JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 Experience with frameworks like React, Vue.js, Angular, or Node.js (pick based on role focus) Familiarity with version control (Git), build tools, and package managers (Webpack, npm, etc.) Understanding of REST APIs, browser performance, and responsive design Good problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment Bonus Points For TypeScript proficiency Experience with state management (Redux, Vuex, Context API) Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Mocha) Experience with CI/CD, Docker, or cloud platforms like AWS/GCP Contribution to open-source projects or personal GitHub portfolio Show more Show less
