Job Description

As a HR Executive at MS Sportswear, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing the company's HR strategies, policies, and procedures. Your role will focus on employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance, ensuring smooth HR operations that align with the company's mission and goals in a dynamic sportswear manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Lead the recruitment process for all levels of employees, from screening to final selection, ensuring alignment with company needs.
  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract talent for production, design, and administrative teams.
  • Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company culture.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflicts, providing resolution and maintaining positive workplace relations.
  • Promote employee engagement initiatives to enhance productivity and foster a cohesive work environment.
  • Organize team-building activities and wellness programs to support employee morale.

3. Performance Management

  • Oversee the performance appraisal process, including setting KPIs, conducting evaluations, and developing action plans for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee development and career progression.
  • Ensure continuous feedback mechanisms are in place to support a high-performance culture.

4. HR Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure the company's HR policies are up-to-date and in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Implement and update employee handbooks, ensuring employees are aware of policies related to attendance, leave, and code of conduct.
  • Manage employee attendance and time-off records, ensuring proper adherence to company standards.

5. Payroll & Compensation Management

  • Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Support the implementation of compensation and benefits structures that are competitive and align with industry standards.
  • Handle employee salary adjustments, bonuses, and increment reviews in line with company policy.

6. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs to develop employees' skills, especially in production and management roles.
  • Facilitate leadership development programs for department heads and supervisors.
  • Support the career development and succession planning initiatives within the company.

7. HR Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and reports with accurate information.
  • Generate regular HR reports on turnover rates, recruitment status, and employee satisfaction for management review.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

8. Health, Safety, & Well-being

  • Collaborate with the safety team to ensure all safety protocols and compliance are maintained in the manufacturing units.
  • Address employee health and safety concerns promptly and organize health & safety training as required.
  • Ensure workplace conditions support physical and mental well-being of all employees.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage conflict and handle sensitive issues professionally.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
