Job Description: Senior Executive/Executive Hr Experience Required: 2+ Years Location: Malad (Mumbai) Department: Human Resource Key Responsibilities:  Talent Management, Recruitment Strategy & Execution  Process Improvement  Team Engagement  Compensation Management  Performance and Development management  Employee Engagement  Stake holder Management  Team Collaboration Preferred Skills:  Experience in high-growth or matrixed organizations.  Strong analytical mind-set and ability to interpret recruiting metrics. Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.  2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or in-house recruiting environment.  Strong experience recruiting across multiple corporate functions  Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.  Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.  Proven ability to manage multiple open roles while maintaining a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
