Manage cash management services provided by various partners. Recruit, train and develop the teams, set clear action plans, motivate team and regularly review performances to ensure KPIs are met. Expand distribution coverage across the territory, including weaker and rural geographies by appointing new distributors. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers. Conduct daily market visits to identify areas of low contribution, weak geographies and competitor activities. Utilize market insights to formulate effective strategies to exploit business opportunities. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or post-graduate.
