Job Description Welcome and greet all guests with a smile and positive attitude. Help guests with queries, directions, and information about games or services. Handle guest complaints politely and ensure proper solutions are provided. Guide guests on ticketing, token usage, and game procedures. Follow all safety and service protocols as instructed by management. Job Specification Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (HSC). Age: 18–32 years. Gender: Male / Female (as per company preference). Good communication skills in Hindi & Local Language . Pleasant personality and positive body language. Confident, polite, and helpful nature. Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays. Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 08.00 PM & 01.00 PM to 10.00 PM (Rotational Shifts) Salary Range: ₹12,000 per month.
