Customer Acquisition Representative

JOB TITLE: Customer Acquisition Representative (CAR) JOB LOCATION: Mumbai JOB PURPOSE: As a Customer Acquisition Representative, is to represent the company to potential and existing customers, and to increase the sales and revenue with strong interpersonal skills, sales skills, negotiations, fostering relationships and educate customers with the appropriate product/services information. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network. Communication with potential and existing clients. Providing excellent customer service, after sales service, etc. Sales activities, conducting training sessions, and managing sales accounts. Identify potential clients, and the decision-makers within the client organization. Research and build relationships with new clients. Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s Practice Leaders/Principles. Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that adds value to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives. Be hands on with negotiation regarding price and market acquisitions. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately. Qualifications: 6 months and above years of experince in field sales. Has acquired excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Preferably have a graduate / post graduate degree from a college of good repute Possesses excellent oral communication and written skills Knowledge of travel industry will be an added advantage
