Job Description

The Customer Acquisition Representative is responsible for acquiring new customers through direct interactions, either door-to-door or in-person. This role focuses on generating interest in the company’s product or service, guiding customers through the sign-up process, and driving new user registrations. Responsibilities: Customer Engagement : Visit potential customers in the field to introduce and promote products or services. Product Demonstration : Explain the features and benefits of the product, providing hands-on demonstrations to interested customers. Lead Generation : Identify and qualify leads, encourage sign-ups, and ensure customer onboarding. Build Rapport : Establish relationships with potential customers to build trust and loyalty. Data Collection : Collect and maintain accurate customer data for follow-up and marketing purposes. Achieve Targets : Meet or exceed customer acquisition targets set by the company. Feedback : Gather customer feedback to help improve products or services.
