Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Fresher graduates with ability to learn and excel into field sales in Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) to join our expanding sales team and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and relationship building. Open Locations: Lucknow, Raebareli, Unchahar, Bachnawan, Ayodhya, Sultanpur, Bhiwadi, Pataudi, Jaipur, Delhi, Sikar, Ajmer, Hisar Roles & Responsibilities: • Identify, source, and onboard customers for Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) products. • Conduct field visits to generate leads, build customer relationships, and convert prospects into clients. • Assist customers in completing application forms and ensure accurate documentation. • Manage the end-to-end loan processing cycle including file login, follow-ups, and disburse-ment. • Ensure timely repayments and maintain healthy portfolio quality. • Coordinate with internal teams for credit approvals and smooth disbursement processes. Requirements: • Graduate in any discipline. • Fresher or candidates having 0–1 year of experience in Home Loan (HL) and/or Loan Against Property (LAP) sales. • Willingness to learn, enhance skills and adapt to sales, sales strategies, high pressure environment and target oriented practices. • Good communication and relationship management skills. • It is mandatory to own a two-wheeler with proper driving license.
