To ensure effective conversion on lead supplied. Continuous interaction with the channel partners Supervise and coordinate the sales of policy To ensure meeting targets as per the set norms of foreign bank relationship. Executes smooth function of the sales and other processes in order to maximise business potential. Prepare and present the sales illustrations to the prospective client and explain the policy details as per clients requirement in order to convince him of the worth and value of the policy. To arrange for the required documentation and medical examination of the client. Adhering to KYC norms. To ensure that sales complaints are minimal and are resolved within TATs, if any. Customer based build up. To ensure regular customer engagements. Build up customer relationship with referencing model. Eligibility>- Min Graduation Good Life Insurance and Market Knowledge should be presentable and good communication skills
To recruit good quality prospective insurance advisors and ensure that they acquire licensing in order to achieve the sales target set by the company. Ensure that the advisors achieve business targets set for them.
