Executes smooth function of the sales and other processes in order to maximise business potential. Prepare and present the sales illustrations to the prospective client and explain the policy details as per clients requirement in order to convince him of the worth and value of the policy. To arrange for the required documentation and medical examination of the client. Adhering to KYC norms. To ensure that sales complaints are minimal and are resolved within TATs, if any. Customer based build up. To ensure regular customer engagements. Build up customer relationship with referencing model.
