Studio Coordinator - Job Description As a Studio Coordinator, you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the studio department. Responsibilities: Liaise with internal teams, including photographers, videographers, stylists, models, and other professionals, to ensure proper coordination and collaboration for the photo shoots/ projects. Product pick up from ECommm WH and drop to the studio and vice versa. Ensure the number of products received from the warehouse is returned back, ensuring accuracy. Communicating with cross-functional teams with respect to post-production activities to ensure smooth workflow , efficient transfer of files, and documentation of the same. Monitor project timelines and deadlines, and communicate any issues or delays. Future prospect Manage the day-to-day operations of studio activities, including photo shoots, video shoots, and other creative projects. Uphold and enforce studio policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Arrange and set up studio spaces for various projects, ensuring they are clean, organized, and adequately equipped. Assist in the preparation and organization of materials, props, and jewelry products for shoots and projects. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of necessary studio equipment and supplies. Candidate Profile: HSC degree is a must. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. 0-2 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in a creative or photography-related environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work. Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Either English or Hindi. Familiarity with photography and video production processes is a plus.
