Job Description

Role & responsibilities Identify and qualify potential customers including hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs, and corporate healthcare providers. Promote diagnostic tests, services, and equipment to increase sales and market penetration. Develop and manage the sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with key accounts. Stay updated on diagnostic products, test portfolios, and technical specifications. Preferred candidate profile Educational Background Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or related field. MBA in Marketing/Healthcare Management (preferred but not mandatory). Work Experience 1-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in diagnostics, medical devices, pharma, or healthcare services. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a similar domain.
