Studio Co-ordinator Assistant

As a Studio Coordinator, you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the studio department.

We prefer primarily male candidates who are available for immediate joining.

Responsibilities:

Liaise with internal teams, including photographers, videographers, stylists, models, and other professionals, to ensure proper coordination and collaboration for the photo shoots/ projects. Product pick up from E comm WH and drop to the studio and vice versa.

Ensure the number of products received from the warehouse is returned back, ensuring accuracy.

Communicating with cross functional teams with respect to post production activities to ensure smooth workflow,efficient transfer of files and documentation of the same.

Monitor project timelines and deadlines, and communicate any issues or delays.

Manage the day-to-day operations of studio activities, including photo shoots, video shoots, and other creative projects.

Uphold and enforce studio policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Assist in setting up studio spaces, including equipment, lighting, backdrops, and props.

Assist in the preparation and organization of materials, props, and jewelry products for shoots and projects.

Assist photographers during shoots with product placement, arrangement, and prop handling. Use basic computer tools (email, Excel, shared folders) to track product movement, shoot schedules, and documentation.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of necessary studio equipment and supplies.

Candidate Profile:

• HSC degree is a must. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in a creative or photography-related environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Either English or Hindi.
• Familiarity with photography and video production processes is a plus.
