Job Description

Role Overview

Creative TV Producer

not a writing or directing role

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day execution of all active microdrama / serialized shows and other shoot related work
Convert creative plans into practical shooting schedules
Coordinate with client, directors, writers, ADs, production, and post-production teams
Ensure quality control across shoot and post (continuity, tone, output standards)
Track timelines, daily deliverables, and episode output
Anticipate issues and resolve them before they escalate
Delegate work effectively across departments without micro-managing
Act as the internal execution owner across multiple shows
Report directly to the Founder

What This Role Is NOT

Not a Creative Director role
Not a scripting or writing role
Not a micromanagement role on set

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience in
daily TV serials, microdrama platforms, or fast-turnaround content
Strong planning, coordination, and delegation skills
Calm under pressure and comfortable handling multiple shows simultaneously
Hands-on understanding of production and post-production workflows
Respected by on-ground crews and post teams
Emotionally stable, reliable, and process-oriented

Preferred Background

Assistant Director / Creative Executive / Line Producer background
Experience handling
multiple shows in parallel
Mumbai-based, comfortable with fast-paced TV/serial shooting environments
