(Role and Responsibilities) Develop creative and engaging social media Content that will contribute to user growth and increase the brand reach across all social media platforms for Pinkvilla. Manage and meet the business targets in terms of social media reach and user engagement. Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels adapting content to suit different channels Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite Create engaging multimedia content across our social media platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, X, Facebook, Snapchat etc Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the organization and brand Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook insights, Meta business suite. Encourage collaboration across teams and departments Who could you be? Background and Experience: Relevant experience managing social media platforms Proven experience in driving the growth and meeting target numbers for social media. Role Overview Pinkvilla is looking for a Lead Graphic Designer to head our design efforts across digital and print platforms. This role demands a blend of strong creative vision, leadership capabilities, and hands-on design expertise. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design team in creating compelling graphics across digital, print, and video platforms. Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual standards across all communication touchpoints. Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns, marketing collateral, social media graphics, website visuals, and event branding. Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and tech teams to translate briefs into impactful visual solutions. Provide art direction, constructive feedback, and mentorship to junior designers and freelancers. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technology to ensure fresh and innovative output. Requirements: 8+ years of hands-on experience as a graphic designer with a strong and diverse portfolio and team management experience. Proven experience in creating social media creatives, thumbnails, presentation designs, print layouts, OOH banners, and more. Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, CorelDRAW, InDesign, etc. Experience with Sketch, InVision, and other design collaboration tools. Strong understanding of typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy. Demonstrated ability to lead a design team, manage deadlines, and drive project efficiency.
