Job Location-based in: Andheri (W), Mumbai What do you need to do? (Role and Responsibilities) • Coming up with good high values ideas and accordingly creating creative pitches, to help the sales team acquire new accounts and grow existing accounts to generate maximum revenue for a long-term basis. • Engage with sales teams to understand brand requirements, upcoming client campaigns, and signed-off elements. • Yearly, Half-yearly, Quarterly, and monthly content IPs planning & execution • Work with brands to understand their business objectives and develop a strategy in partnership with the Client Partner, which will constitute building on insights, crafting media plans, and creative strategy • Write, develop, adapt, and present Brand Solution Media plans. • Work with the content, video, and design team to develop & plan various Ad campaigns. • Skill set must include fluency in solution crafting, pricing, inventory control, brand building, etc. • Sound knowledge of current trends in a rapidly changing media market and advertising industry. Background and Experience: • Candidate should have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in brand solutions role and have a clear understanding of brands and their objectives across all categories & key markets • Should have delivered a few good sponsored content IPs in the past • Candidate should have experience working with top-notch brands and should be comfortable in providing good content solutions, • Knowledge of industry norms on media measurement Critical thinking, analytical and technical skills are essential, as well as curiosity, persistence, and the ability to arrive at solutions in a structured manner.
