Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior HR Executive with strong expertise in HR operations, statutory compliance, and payroll management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling factory/plant HR activities and be ready to join immediately at our Sanand, Ahmedabad location.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, attendance, and employee records
• Handle payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, PT, Factory Act, Shops & Establishment, etc.)
• Coordinate with consultants and government authorities for audits and inspections
• Maintain statutory registers, returns, and documentation
• Handle employee queries related to payroll, leaves, and benefits
• Support disciplinary actions, exit formalities, and final settlements
• Assist in HR reporting and MIS

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll & Compliance
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws
• Hands-on experience with payroll software
• Experience in manufacturing / plant HR is preferred
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Immediate joiner or short notice period

Education

• MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR or relevant qualification
