Job Summary

The Senior HR will lead and manage all human resource functions for organization. Payroll coordination, compliance, training, and creating a positive workplace culture that supports high-energy customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for all departments including operations, technicians, customer service.
• Handle manpower planning for peak seasons, weekends, and events.
• Manage attendance, shifts, leaves, and payroll coordination with accounts.
• Oversee employee engagement, motivation programs, and retention strategies.
• Handle disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
• Design and conduct training programs for safety, customer service, and operational SOPs.
• Conduct performance appraisals, KRA/KPI tracking, and increment recommendations.
• Maintain and update employee records, and documentation.
• Support management in policy framing and HR process improvement.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and child safety policy within the amusement environment.
• Coordinate with unit heads for daily manpower deployment and shift planning.
• End-to-end payroll processing on a monthly basis ensuring accuracy & timeliness.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Post-Graduate in HR, MBA (HR), or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
• Ability to handle hiring and fast-paced operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, HR software, and reporting tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts as per park operations.

Salary Range: ₹17,000 - ₹30,000 per month.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
