Senior HR Executive

Job Title: Senior HR Executive (Individual Contributor)
Location: Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days WFO, 2 days WFH)
Experience: 3+ years as HR in any IT Company
Compensation: Up to ₹40,000 per month + PF, Mediclaim, Accident Insurance, Quarterly Internet Reimbursement, Birthday & Anniversary Gifts
Company: 23-year-old IT Product Company with offices in Kolkata and Bangalore (100+ employees)

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on HR professional who can independently manage the core HR functions — with a primary focus on end-to-end recruitment and operational HR support. You’ll play a key role in hiring, payroll support, employee engagement, and grievance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and close positions on time
• Support payroll processing, statutory compliances, and benefits administration
• Manage employee relations, grievances, and day-to-day HR operations
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and ensure a positive workplace environment
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and management on HR matters

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably from an IT or technology setup
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
