Job description Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Ernakulam District. Industry: PVC, Laminates, Louvers, Multiwood, Plywood, Hardware and Glass. With a strong presence in the market, we specialize in wall panels, PVC laminates, Multiwood, PVC & WPC Louvers and decorative profiles, providing high-quality products to architects, contractors, and builders. Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executives (BDEs) to manage sales operations at the district level. Each BDE will handle districts and report directly to the respective Zonal Sales Manager. The role involves identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving sales growth within the assigned territory. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in the building materials industry (Laminates, Louvers, Multiwood, plywood, glass, hardware, etc.) who are eager to advance their careers. Key Responsibilities: Manage sales operations in districts, ensuring revenue targets and growth objectives are achieved. Identify and connect with potential customers, including dealers, contractors, and other stakeholders in the assigned region. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Execute sales strategies and promotional activities as directed by the Zonal Sales Manager. Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. Provide timely and accurate sales reports and updates to the Zonal Sales Manager. Ensure effective communication and coordination with the zonal team to align with company goals. Represent the company in meetings, trade shows, and networking events as required. Qualifications: Any Degree. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales within the building materials industry (plywood, glass, hardware, laminates, Multiwood, etc.). Strong understanding of the local market in the assigned districts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in using MS Office and CRM tools for reporting and tracking. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned districts. What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
