Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive at Aarcee Decorative Materials Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in managing sales operations at the district level. Your primary responsibilities include: - Manage sales operations in districts to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives. - Identify and connect with potential customers such as dealers, contractors, and stakeholders in the assigned region. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and customer satisfaction. - Execute sales strategies and promotional activities under the guidance of the Zonal Sales Manager. - Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. - Provide timely and accurate sales reports to the Zonal Sales Manager. - Ensure effective communication and coordination with the zonal team to align with company goals. - Represent the company in meetings, trade shows, and networking events as required. Qualifications: - Any Degree. - Minimum of 2-4 years of sales experience in the building materials industry. - Strong understanding of the local market in the assigned districts. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM tools for reporting and tracking. - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned districts.
