Job Description

The Business Development Executive will drive sales growth, product expansion, and client relationships in the cosmeceutical segment across domestic and international markets. The role involves new client acquisition, product development support, marketing activities, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong knowledge of company products and markets.
  • Acquire new clients through direct sales, networking, and digital marketing.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify market opportunities and support new product development initiatives.
  • Participate in domestic and international exhibitions and marketing campaigns.
  • Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure timely payment collection.
  • Coordinate end-to-end order processing and documentation with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with QA, R&D, and Regulatory teams to address customer requirements.
  • Travel within domestic markets for client meetings and business growth.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business (MBA preferred).
  • Experience in pharmaceutical/cosmeceutical business development or sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
