BDE (Business Development Executive)

As a Business Development Executive at Aarcee Decorative Materials Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in managing sales operations at the district level. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing sales operations in districts to ensure revenue targets and growth objectives are met. - Identifying and connecting with potential customers such as dealers, contractors, and other stakeholders. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and customer satisfaction. - Executing sales strategies and promotional activities under the guidance of the Zonal Sales Manager. - Conducting regular market visits to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. - Providing timely and accurate sales reports and updates to the Zonal Sales Manager. - Ensuring effective communication and coordination with the zonal team to align with company goals. - Representing the company in meetings, trade shows, and networking events as needed. Qualifications: - Any Degree. - Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales within the building materials industry (plywood, glass, hardware, laminates, Multiwood, etc.). - Strong understanding of the local market in the assigned districts. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficient in using MS Office and CRM tools for reporting and tracking. - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned districts.
