About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and energetic BDE (Business Development Executive) to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, technology, and client communication. You will play a key role in generating leads, converting opportunities, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media.
  • Understand company IT services/products and pitch them effectively to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target segments, and competitive insights.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-up sessions with clients.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead activity and sales pipeline in CRM tools.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly lead targets and contribute to revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, delivery) to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interest in IT products/services and sales.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to target-driven environments.
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Knowledge of IT services such as software development, web & mobile apps, cloud solutions, etc.
  • Prior internship or training in sales/business development.
  • Understanding of digital marketing basics.
