About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at Baked Moon Studio, a creative design agency. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
• Contact potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings to promote our design services.
• Understand client needs and propose suitable creative/design solutions.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM with accurate data.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
• Collaborate with the internal design and marketing teams to deliver client requirements.

Skills & Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Good understanding of sales processes and client handling.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn.

Eligibility

• Education: BBA / MBA (Marketing, Business Development, or related specialization).
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience in sales/business development.
