Job Description: Business Development Executive Company: Baked Moon Studio Location: Pune Experience: Fresher to 1-2 Years Qualification: BBA / MBA (Marketing preferred) About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at Baked Moon Studio , a creative design agency. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. Contact potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings to promote our design services. Understand client needs and propose suitable creative/design solutions. Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM with accurate data. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients. Collaborate with the internal design and marketing teams to deliver client requirements. Skills & Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation and negotiation abilities. Good understanding of sales processes and client handling. Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn. Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn. Eligibility Education: BBA / MBA (Marketing, Business Development, or related specialization). Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience in sales/business development.
