Issuing Letter of Offer/Intent/contract letter to the selected candidate
Following the approval matrix and ensuring the necessary approvals in place
Sound knowledge of comp and benefits
Handle day to day HR transactions.
Interact and negotiate salaries with selected candidates.
Maintaining daily trackers on day-to-day basis
Understanding the grievances of candidates and resolving it within the TAT
At least 1- 2 years experience in HR domain
Ability to communicate effectively & professionally.
Sound knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Power Point.
Ability to communicate well in English. Local dialects are a bonus.
Discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism should be maintained.
