Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment (60%)
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for bulk hiring (Voice and Non-Voice).
- Collaborate with vendors and recruitment partners to meet hiring targets.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and background verifications.
2. HR Operations (40%)
- Oversee HR administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage employee documentation, attendance, and compliance.
- Support onboarding, payroll, and HRIS management.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in bulk hiring (Voice and Non-Voice), vendor management, HR Operations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
