Responsible for : Managing and coordinating activities related to the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal and various tender processes. To handling product uploads, processing orders, participating in tenders, and preparing necessary documentation and reports. To work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective participation in GeM tenders and other rate contracts. Accountable For: GeM Portal Management 1. Product Management Upload products to the GeM portal accurately and efficiently. Create and manage invoices for GeM orders through the portal. Maintain all the necessary documentation for tracking the GeM orders/tenders. 2. Order Processing Process GeM orders and ensure timely fulfilment. Prepare and manage customer master forms for new customers. 3. Tender Participation Identify and participate in relevant GeM tenders. Find and categorize products on the GeM portal based on MP products. 4. Data Management Maintain and update the GeM product list and tender participation list in Excel for both direct and distributor-based participation. Search for tenders and manage participation details effectively. Rate Contracts and Tenders 1. Tender Search and Participation Search for rate contracts and tenders with the assistance of Tender.com consultant. Participate in rate contracts and tenders on the CPPP portal and through manual methods. 2. Documentation Prepare proposal documents for rate contracts and limited tenders. Maintain rate contracts and limited tender participation lists in Excel for direct and distributor-based participation. Authorization Letters 1. Preparation and Management Draft and prepare authorization letters for various purposes including GeM bids, product uploads, rate contracts, and limited tenders. Prepare general and institute-specific authorization letters for distributors.
