Job Description

As a Senior Human Resource Executive at our Textile / Dyeing Mill located in Gangapuram, Chithode (Erode District), your role will involve overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with PF, ESI, Factory Act, and other statutory norms. Handling employee grievances, maintaining healthy industrial relations, and supporting management in HR policies, training, and performance evaluation are also key aspects of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning. - Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Factory Act, and other statutory norms. - Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy industrial relations. - Support management in HR policies, training, and performance evaluation. Qualifications & Requirements: - Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/Business Administration. - 4-6 years of HR experience (preferably in textile/dyeing mills). - Strong knowledge of labor laws and factory compliance. - Good communication and people-management skills.
