Senior HR Executive

Role Overview: As a Senior HR Executive, you will play a key role in overseeing core HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. Your exceptional interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and deep understanding of HR best practices will be essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees - Coordinate with different departments to meet the organization's manpower requirements - Handle full & final settlements, salary revisions, and related documentation - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc. - Maintain statutory records and ensure timely filing of returns - Collaborate with external agencies for audits and inspections - Maintain HRMS (Human Resource Management System) and employee records accurately Qualifications Required: - Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Minimum of 3-6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a similar role - Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and compliance standards Additional Details: The company provides benefits such as food, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
