Job Description

You are a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Executive who will be responsible for overseeing core HR functions at our company located in Thrissur, Kerala. Your main responsibilities will include managing end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinating with departments to fulfil manpower requirements, handling full & final settlements, salary revisions, and related documentation, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, maintaining statutory records, and liaising with external agencies for audits and inspections. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining HRMS and employee records. To qualify for this position, you should possess a Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least [36+] years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a similar role. A strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and compliance standards is also required. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers benefits such as provided food, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is in the day shift with a yearly bonus.
