Job Description

Payroll Management:

  • Prepare the monthly payroll for an estimated headcount of 60 employees.
  • Handle full and final settlements (FnF) and statutory submissions.

Document Preparation:

  • Create and manage all employment-related documents and letters.
  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.

Performance Appraisal:

  • Facilitate the Appraisal Exercises for goal-setting, mid-year review and end-year performance appraisal
  • Collect and consolidate the year-end staff performance appraisals and compile data

HR Reporting:

  • Generate and present monthly HR reports.
  • Manage the Facto HRM software, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and confidentiality.

Record Maintenance:

  • Organize, maintain, and file personnel records of employees in P-files.
  • Ensure legal compliance related to human resource management.

Leave and Attendance Management:

  • Monitor and maintain employee leave and attendance records.

HR Support:

  • Provide day-to-day support in HR and administrative functions.
  • Assist with ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Corporate Events and Administrative Oversight:

  • Assist in organizing/planning corporate events and activities.
  • Oversee all office administrative matters.

Vendor Management:

  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors (Recruitment agencies, ID/Access card vendor, business card vendors, Mediclaim agencies, housekeeping, security, pest control, pantry services, suppliers, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in employee relations and HR policies.:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in India.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • This is an on-site position in Mumbai, requiring full-time commitment.
  • The role involves a broad spectrum of HR and administrative functions.
  • The candidate should be adaptable to handle various responsibilities and manage ad-hoc duties.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are crucial for success in this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
