Required Qualifications & Skills:

Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent field

5+ years of experience in HR operations or similar roles

Strong understanding of statutory compliance requirements

Strong understanding of payroll, statutory deductions, compliance, and audit readiness.

Experience in Training and Employee engagement

Proficient in MS Office and documentation practices

Excellent organization, coordination, and communication skills
