Role Overview

This role goes beyond traditional HR operations. We are seeking someone who can think beyond boundaries, build strong relationships, influence leaders, and ensure HR initiatives directly support Sennovate’s business goals and growth roadmap.

 

The Senior HR Executive will play a key role in:

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to translate business goals into people strategies and actionable HR initiatives.
  • Identify organization-wide skill gaps, workforce needs, and structural improvements to support scale.
  • Contribute to annual organization planning, manpower forecasting, and role design.
  • Act as a culture ambassador—design and execute initiatives that strengthen accountability, collaboration, ownership, and innovation.
  • Lead programs that embed Sennovate’s values into daily work practices.
  • Drive change-management activities for new processes, policies, and org-wide transitions.
  • Build a proactive hiring model aligned with business priorities.
  • Attract top-tier talent by refining employer branding, sourcing strategies, and structured interviewing.
  • Ensure hiring decisions strengthen long-term organizational capability, not just immediate needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to department heads and managers.
  • Provide insights on talent risks, team dynamics, performance trends, and workforce planning.
  • Influence leadership decisions by presenting data, observations, and recommendations with confidence.
  • Run a structured, transparent, and high-impact performance management system.
  • Ensure goal-setting is aligned with business direction.
  • Work with teams to establish growth paths and capability-building plans.
  • Strengthen feedback culture through coaching, training, and continuous conversation models.
  • Create programs that improve cohesion, morale, and organizational connection.
  • Maintain high standards of HR data accuracy, documentation, and compliance.
  • Continuously improve HR processes and policies to meet growing organizational needs.
  • Ensure seamless execution of onboarding, payroll coordination, HRMS updates, exits, and audits.

 

Experience & Technical Skills

  • 5–8 years experience in HR, Administration, and Technical Recruitment, preferably in Cyber Security or service-driven organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and visual.
  • Strong understanding of HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational behaviour.
  • Hands-on expertise in recruitment, performance management, HR operations, and compliance.
  • Experience managing HRMS systems and people analytics.
  • Experience working with auditors, company secretaries, lawyers, or government agencies is an added advantage.
