We are expanding rapidly and looking for a dynamic Senior HR Executive to strengthen our people operations. 🎯 Key Responsibilities ✅ Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionHandle end-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing, technical, operations, and support roles Vendor coordination, campus hiring, and recruitment planning Maintain recruitment trackers and monthly hiring reports ✅ HR Operations & Employee LifecycleOnboarding & induction of new employees Attendance, leave management, payroll coordination Employee database management and documentation Exit formalities & full and final settlements ✅ Performance Management & KRAImplement and monitor employee KRA & performance evaluation systems Support management in goal setting and monthly performance reviews ✅ Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs and coordinate internal/external training programs Support leadership and skill development initiatives ✅ Statutory Compliance & PoliciesHandle PF, ESIC, labour law compliance, and audits Draft, update, and implement HR policies & SOPs Maintain HR manuals and compliance documentation ✅ Employee Engagement & CultureDrive employee engagement activities, culture building, and grievance handling Organize events, meetings, and team-building activities Act as a bridge between management and employees ✅ Desired Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and HR policies Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Strong recruitment and employee engagement experience Proficient with HRMS, MS Excel, and reporting tools Strategic thinking with hands-on operational ability 🎓 Qualification-MBA / PGDM in Human Resources Certifications in HR Compliance or Payroll Management (Preferred) 💼 What We Offer Competitive salary & performance incentives Growth-oriented work environment Opportunity to work with a fast-growing broadcast technology brand Learning & career development support 📩 How to Apply- Interested candidates can share their resume at: 📧 hr@skywirebroadcast.com
