Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and target-driven Head – Sales to lead our national sales strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, managing the sales team, and building strategic partnerships across India. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of the sales team across regions. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the broadcast, education, government, and AV integration segments. Build strong relationships with system integrators, dealers, resellers, and direct clients. Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to drive go-to-market plans and product launches. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales strategies. Monitor sales metrics, prepare regular performance reports, and present them to the leadership team. Participate in trade shows, industry expos, and partner events to enhance brand presence. Ensure timely collections and maintain credit discipline in coordination with the finance team. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 8+ years of proven sales experience in the broadcast, AV, or tech hardware industry. Strong understanding of B2B and channel sales models. Experience in managing a PAN-India sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Willingness to travel extensively across India.
