As the Sales Head , you will be responsible for overseeing the overall Sales across all divisions, including Bathroom Wellness, Wooden Flooring & Kitchens and reporting into Director Sales- Mumbai. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with influential architects, interior decorators, and high-net-worth individuals, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. You will also lead a sales team, set and achieve targets, and contribute to the growth and success of the company.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth targets for the Mumbai region.
• Build and nurture relationships with architects, interior decorators, and high-net-worth individuals, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.
• Understand customer expectations and provide courteous and patient support throughout the sales process.
• Work closely with the sales team and Director Sales Mumbai to drive sales initiatives, manage client expectations, and ensure successful client conversions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address customer concerns, maintain a high level of client satisfaction, and resolve issues promptly.
• Lead and manage the sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and high performance within the sales team.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all product offerings and specifications.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to strengthen presence in the market.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights for product and service improvements.
• Report regularly to Director Sales Mumbai on sales performance, targets, and market trends.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales data and forecasts.
• A minimum of 20 years of relevant work experience in sales, business development, & related roles, which include client management, customer service & team handling.
• Proven track record of managing successful sales teams and achieving business targets.
• Experience working with hospitality, lifestyle & luxury products is highly desirable.
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software.
• Regular travel within Mumbai and occasionally to other locations for industry events.
