Role Overview We are looking for a Workshop Supervisor to manage day-to-day workshop operations, supervise staff, and ensure smooth production and assembly of machines. The role focuses on maintaining quality, safety, and productivity on the shop floor. Role & Responsibilities Supervise daily workshop activities, including assembly, fabrication, and maintenance. Assign tasks and monitor work progress of technicians and helpers. Ensure all machines and components are assembled as per engineering drawings and quality standards. Coordinate with stores/purchase for timely availability of materials and tools. Conduct in-process quality checks and final inspections. Ensure safety practices, discipline, and housekeeping in the workshop. Maintain daily/weekly production and assembly reports for management. Support troubleshooting, minor machine repairs, and process improvements. Preferred Candidate Profile Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification. 2 to 5 years of workshop supervision experience in machine manufacturing or related industries. Knowledge of mechanical assemblies, machine tools, and workshop operations. Ability to lead and manage a small team effectively. Strong problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.
