Role Overview We are looking for a Workshop Supervisor to manage day-to-day workshop operations, supervise staff, and ensure smooth production and assembly of machines. The role focuses on maintaining quality, safety, and productivity on the shop floor. Role & Responsibilities Supervise daily workshop activities, including assembly, fabrication, and maintenance. Assign tasks and monitor work progress of technicians and helpers. Ensure all machines and components are assembled as per engineering drawings and quality standards. Coordinate with stores/purchase for timely availability of materials and tools. Conduct in-process quality checks and final inspections. Ensure safety practices, discipline, and housekeeping in the workshop. Maintain daily/weekly production and assembly reports for management. Preferred Candidate Profile Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification. 2 to 5 years of workshop supervision experience in machine manufacturing or related industries. We are seeking a proactive Sales Head cum Manager to lead and manage our sales function, ensure revenue growth, and provide accurate MIS reporting to management. The role requires hands-on involvement in business development, client management, team handling, and sales data analysis. Role & Responsibilities Plan and execute sales strategies to meet organizational revenue targets. Lead, train, and guide the sales team for effective performance. Identify new customers, markets, and business opportunities. Manage key customer accounts and build long-term relationships. Occasional visit to key customer accounts to better understand their requirements. Review quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals. Monitor order pipeline and coordinate with production & service teams for timely deliveries. Generate and analyze MIS reports (sales performance, targets vs. achievement, order status, receivables). Present actionable insights and sales forecasts to management. Review payment collection from customers. Lead and monitor digital marketing efforts (Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, Email campaigns). Manage company website updates, product listings, and online visibility. Attend exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events when required. Track competitor activities and provide feedback for market positioning. Preferred Candidate Profile Graduate in Engineering/Business; MBA preferred. 6 to 10 years of experience in machine/industrial equipment sales. Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and team leadership. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting tools. Ability to balance field sales with data-driven reporting.
