Role Overview

The Sales Head will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, leading a high-performing team, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a seasoned real estate sales professional with strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet organizational revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and oversee the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.

2. Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10+ sales professionals.
  • Set clear goals, performance metrics, and ensure consistent training and development.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, channel partners, and brokers.
  • Ensure exceptional client service through every stage of the sales cycle.

4. Market Knowledge & Business Intelligence

  • Maintain strong knowledge of real estate trends, pricing, competitors, and regulatory changes.
  • Provide market insights and contribute to product development and pricing strategies.

5. Negotiation & Closing

  • Lead complex negotiations with clients to close deals effectively.
  • Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies and legal requirements.

6. Presentation & Communication

  • Deliver compelling project presentations and pitches to clients, corporates, and channel partners.
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and corporate presentations.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
  • Hardcore sales background with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Experience managing and leading a team of at least 10 people.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, customer behaviour, and sales lifecycle.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹90,000.00 per month
